₹50 per kilometre
Minimum 250 km per day — a minimum daily charge of ₹12,500 for the whole vehicle. Longer distances are charged at ₹50 per kilometre.
Driver food and night charges are included. Tolls, parking, road/state taxes, permits and applicable statutory charges are extra at actuals.
Your quotation is based on travel days and estimated total kilometres, measured from and back to our Pitampura garage. Availability and payment terms are shown in the reservation process.

Before your journey.
How many guests can travel?
The private vehicle accommodates up to 12 guests, with four premium reclining seats and two lounge sofas. The driver has a separate cabin.
What is included in the vehicle rate?
Driver food and night charges are included. Billing is ₹50 per kilometre, with a minimum of 250 kilometres per day, calculated across the total trip days. Distance starts and ends at our Pitampura garage. Tolls, parking, road/state taxes, permits and applicable statutory charges are extra at actuals.
Is there an onboard toilet or kitchen?
There is no onboard toilet or kitchen. Suitable comfort stops should be planned during the journey. Discuss essential facilities or accessibility needs with the team before reserving.
When can the resting arrangement be used?
The lounge sofas convert into a 6 ft × 6.5 ft resting arrangement for appropriate planned stops. Remain safely seated while the vehicle is travelling.
How are quotations calculated?
Enter your travel dates and estimated total kilometres on the reservations page. Your tentative quotation uses the trip duration, total distance and daily minimum. Route, passenger and luggage counts are not required for the online estimate. The final bill uses actual distance and additional charges at actuals.
How are travel dates held?
A verified ₹5,000 payment holds the dates until the trip date. It is credited toward the 25% advance due before departure and the final bill. The ₹5,000 is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up. Full details are shown with your quotation and in the booking terms.
