Roving Suites is built on a Force Traveller T2 4020 Wide Body, six-wheel platform. Its passenger lounge is separate from the driver cabin.
The whole vehicle is reserved exclusively for your travelling party. Roving Suites serves multi-generation families, pilgrimage groups, wedding families and private groups planning long road journeys from Delhi NCR. Standard pricing covers the vehicle rather than individual seats.
There is no onboard toilet or kitchen. Plan suitable comfort stops along your route, and discuss essential facilities, boarding, accessibility and luggage needs with the team before reserving.
The resting arrangement is for appropriate planned stops while parked. While the vehicle is moving, guests must use appropriate seats and restraints and follow the driver’s safety instructions.
Roving Suites is based at Plot No. 25, III Floor, Vaishali Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi 110034, India. Pick-up across Delhi NCR is subject to route and date availability. Journey distance is measured from and back to the Pitampura garage.
Roving Suites charges ₹50 per kilometre with minimum billing of 250 kilometres per travel day, equivalent to a minimum vehicle charge of ₹12,500 per day. Billable distance is the higher of your total garage-to-garage kilometres and 250 kilometres multiplied by the number of trip days.
Driver food and night charges are included. Tolls, parking, road/state taxes, permits and applicable statutory charges are extra at actuals. Your final bill uses actual distance and applicable additional charges.
