Information the user chooses to send on WhatsApp is used to check vehicle availability, discuss journey details, confirm booking requirements, coordinate a confirmed booking or respond to partnership requirements.

3. Customer control

Users can review and edit the prefilled message before sending it through WhatsApp. Nothing is sent merely by completing a website field.

4. Analytics and advertising
