Transparent Pricing
₹50 per kilometre, with minimum billing of 250 kilometres per day. That is a minimum vehicle charge of ₹12,500 per day. Distance is calculated garage-to-garage from the Roving Suites Pitampura, Delhi base.
Driver food and night charges are included. Tolls, parking, permits, road/state taxes and other applicable statutory charges are extra at actuals unless specifically included in the written quotation.
For example, a three-day journey has a minimum billable distance of 750 km and a minimum vehicle charge of ₹37,500 before extras. A higher actual garage-to-garage distance is billed at ₹50/km.

Roving Suites is a customised Force Traveller T2 4020 Wide Body with a driver, four genuine recliners, two lounge-sofa areas and a separate driver cabin. It is not a Mercedes Sprinter, Force Urbania or a self-contained motorhome.
There is no onboard toilet or kitchen. Plan suitable comfort and meal stops along your route. If either facility is essential, this vehicle will not meet that requirement.
The two lounge sofas form an approximately 6 ft × 6.5 ft resting arrangement for planned stops while parked. During movement, guests must use appropriate seats and restraints and follow the driver’s safety instructions.
